These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jagojp platform. By registering an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.
Throughout this document, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below. Where the context requires, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.
By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Bet, You unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, You must immediately cease using the Platform and close Your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes Your acceptance of the revised version.
To register and maintain an Account on jagojp, You must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of Your membership:
Each User may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The registration of duplicate, multiple, or shared Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Wallet Balance therein.
When creating an Account, You must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and active mobile phone number registered in Indonesia. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jagojp will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where You have failed to take adequate precautions to safeguard your login details.
If You suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat. jagojp reserves the right to temporarily lock an Account pending a security investigation.
All Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are all processed in IDR. No currency conversion takes place on the Platform.
jagojp is committed to operating a secure, compliant platform. As part of that commitment, all Users are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal request can be approved. KYC verification may also be triggered at any point at the Company's discretion.
You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:
KYC review is typically completed within two (2) hours of document submission during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). In cases requiring additional review, the process may take up to 72 hours. Withdrawals are placed on hold during this period.
If a User is unable or unwilling to complete KYC, jagojp reserves the right to restrict or permanently close the Account, retaining any outstanding balance pending resolution of the verification matter.
jagojp accepts deposits exclusively via approved payment channels. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the same name as the jagojp Account. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
The minimum single deposit is Rp 50.000. The maximum single deposit is Rp 100.000.000. Higher limits may be available to verified VIP Account holders upon written request to our support team.
Bank transfers submitted during Indonesian banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00 WIB) are credited to your Wallet Balance within five (5) minutes. Off-hours transfers are queued and credited within 24 hours. E-wallet deposits are processed instantly at any time.
jagojp does not charge any fee on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service fees — please consult your payment provider's current fee schedule.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the jagojp Account. jagojp does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
The minimum single withdrawal is Rp 50.000. The maximum single withdrawal is Rp 500.000.000. Requests exceeding this threshold may be processed in installments at the Company's discretion.
Withdrawal requests submitted by KYC-verified Accounts are processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes on average. Complex cases or requests flagged for additional review may take up to 24 hours. jagojp processes withdrawals 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Before a withdrawal can be approved, the following conditions must be satisfied:
jagojp charges no fees on withdrawal transactions. Standard banking and e-wallet processing fees charged by your financial institution remain your responsibility.
jagojp offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.
New members may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The exact match percentage, maximum bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, and applicable Wagering Requirement are published on the active promotion page at the time of registration. jagojp reserves the right to modify or withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, Bonus Funds carry a standard Wagering Requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 requires a total wagering volume of Rp 3.000.000 before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
Bonus Funds that have not been wagered within fourteen (14) calendar days of being credited to an Account will expire and be forfeited automatically without notice. It is the User's responsibility to track the expiry date of any active bonus.
jagojp employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, using arbitrage strategies or low-variance betting patterns to circumvent Wagering Requirements, and coordinating with other Users to exploit promotional terms. Any Account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be permanently suspended and all Bonus Funds forfeited.
Only one bonus may be active in a User's Account at any given time. If a User makes a deposit while a bonus is active, the new deposit may not trigger a second bonus until the existing Wagering Requirement has been satisfied or the bonus has expired. jagojp reserves the right to cancel any bonus credited in error.
All Bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific game and market rules applicable to each product. Users are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the relevant rules before placing any wager.
Sportsbook odds are offered on football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and UEFA Champions League), badminton, basketball, MotoGP, esports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire), and other markets as listed. Odds are subject to change until a Bet is confirmed. Once a Bet is accepted and a confirmation reference number is issued, the odds are locked.
Mix parlay (accumulator) bets combining multiple selections are available on the sportsbook. All selections in a mix parlay must win for the bet to be paid out. If any selection is void, that selection is removed from the accumulator and the remaining selections stand.
Bandar bola (Asian handicap / voor bola) markets use a spread handicap system. Voor bola (the handicap advantage given to the underdog) is displayed alongside each match market. Users should ensure they understand the handicap format before placing a wager.
Live dealer games are streamed in real time from certified studio facilities. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, any Bet already placed and accepted will be settled according to the game's official result as recorded by the studio's server. jagojp is not liable for client-side connectivity issues.
All slot and random number generator (RNG) games on the Platform use certified software from licensed providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are verified by independent testing laboratories. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws on the Platform are conducted according to the rules of the specific market selected (e.g., 2D, 3D, 4D formats). Draw results are determined by certified random number generation and are final. No claims will be entertained after results have been officially published.
A Bet may be declared void and the stake refunded to your Real Money Balance in the following circumstances: an event is cancelled and not rescheduled within 48 hours; a technical error affects the odds or game outcome in a way that cannot be fairly resolved; or a duplicate Bet is placed due to a Platform error. In all other circumstances, accepted Bets are final and non-refundable.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Wallet Balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the jagojp brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software code, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of jagojp or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial gambling purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the Company's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jagojp's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
jagojp shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise:
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Prior to Account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Wallet will be paid out to your verified withdrawal method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.
jagojp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; regulatory requirements; or the provision of false registration information. In cases of fraudulent conduct, any Wallet Balance — including Real Money Balance — may be withheld pending investigation.
Upon Account termination, your license to use the Platform ceases immediately. All pending Bets placed prior to termination will be settled according to their respective outcomes and the funds will be credited or forfeited as applicable. Sections 11, 12, 13, and 15 of these Terms survive Account termination and remain in full force.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jagojp is incorporated and licensed to operate. Any dispute arising between You and jagojp that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
jagojp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify active Users via email or an on-platform notification.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a material change, you must close your Account before the change takes effect.
